EXCHANGE
Please note that being a small business with a very small team, we do not encourage exchanges until & unless: You somehow despite taking our help, ended up buying the completely wrong size and now simply want to size up or down in the same style & print (subject to availability of course). Even here we allow an exchange - at the most - ONLY once. We recommend that in case you’re confused about your size on our website, simply reach out to us over call / whatsapp or even our instagram handle. We’ll be more than happy to help you out.
Please note:
1. Sale & Customised items absolutely CANNOT be exchanged;
2. We Do Not issue any Refunds or Store Credits whatsoever for items bought from us, especially not for reasons such as - you didn’t like the colour and / or design and / or material and / or simply changed your mind after making a purchase on our website;
3. We CAN however, help you out to the best of our ability by making sure you get the best size & fit for you in what you’ve bought (subject to availability in our store) as is mentioned above and are satisfied with your purchase
4. We do comfortable fits in sizes ranging from XS to L. We do not have a size smaller than XS or larger than L and therefore, the same cannot be returned for exchange unless you wish to exchange them for a size that we do make at our store.
Procedure for exchange:
1. The product/s bought will only be accepted for a replacement (in same style & print) and not return (only in case of size issue as mentioned above) if we are intimated on our customer care number +91 7895501900 through whatsapp / call or via email on care@sweetslumberstore.com within a period of 7 days (latest) after the delivery and are in perfect (unused and / or unwashed) condition with no damage, stains or marks whatsoever. The decision of the management with regard to whether product/s sent back are in fact perfect (unused and / or unwashed) on inspection will be final;
2. One way shipping cost for the one-time exchange allowed only in case of wrong size purchased, will have be taken care of by you at your end, we do not provide reverse pick up facilities.
3. Any garments not received by us at Sweet Slumber will be considered not received. Which is why we highly recommend that you only use a reliable shipping service once we notify you to do the same.
CANCELLATION
We do not allow for cancellation on orders placed. We request you to shop with indulgence and care so that the item you buy is something you can absolutely love and flaunt.
The Management reserves the unilateral right to modify or alter the aforesaid conditions and policy without prior notice and the same shall be final and binding.

Customisation
Elastics or Drawstrings can be added on sets that don’t already have them on request and on a payment of Rs. 200/- per set;
In the case you wish to place an order for a customised size (such as smaller than our XS or larger than our size L) you may send us a sample garment for sizing, and on payment of an additional customisation fee we shall be happy to customise sets for you in the requested size, in styles available in our store.
Any alteration to the length of a garment bought from our website (top or pyjama) by 2-3 inches can be done on request and on prepayment of Rs. 150/- per set / Kaftan.
